High-technology company for manufacture of fiberglass products, watercrafts and water slides

   Passat-Europe Ltd is a Bulgarian company specialized in the manufacture of fiberglass products, fishing boats and cruisers.

The plant is situated on the Black Sea Coast, in the South – Eastern part of Bulgaria, 4 kilometers south of the town of Tzarevo and within 60 kilometers of the Turkish border and covers an area of 74 000 sq. m. The enterprise consists of two basic workshops. The larger shop covers an area of 6600 sq. m. where ships with length up to 120 feet can be assembled. The smaller shop consists of lamination and assembly shops covering an area of 2800 sq. m. The indoor raw materials and boat equipment warehouse has an area of 1500 sq.m. and the outdoor finished boats storage area is 3000 sq.m.

 Passat-Europe Ltd was established in 2001, with the purpose of building fiberglass watercrafts, under the technology of one of the leading boatbuilding companies – Bayliner. The workshop was totally reconstructed and equipped with all up-to-date machinery and appliances, requisite for achieving high quality, productivity and meeting the requirements of the world standards.
   The fiberglass details are manufactured through several lamination techniques – hand lay-up, spray lay-up and vacuum infusion and the composite materials used are of guaranteed quality from well-known suppliers.

In the period 2001-2004, Passat-Europe Ltd built about 1000 Bayliner boats, models 620LV, 552LC and 160LF, for the European market.

Passat-Europe Ltd worked in partnership with the company Zodiac International from 2005 to 2006.

Currently, the company is building two models inflatable, semi-rigid boats Shrimann, with length 5.60m and 7.10m.

The enterprise also manufactures small size boats, water slides and fiberglass attraction products, as well as builds molds.

In the beginning of 2007, Passat-Europe Ltd signed an agreement with the Danish company Faaborg Værft A/S, for the manufacture of 11m long motor boat Jupiter 342.
The engine output is 240 h.p. The content of the fuel tanks ensures 50 hours cruising capacity. The boat has 2 berths, saloon, galley and W.C.
The flybridge and open part of the stern ensure enough room for relax or fishing.
The boat is manufactured through vacuum infusion lamination method and sandwich construction of hull and deck, providing good isolation.
Тhe whole Jupiter 342 manufacture process, including plugs and molds make and boat manufacture is realized by Passat-Europe Ltd.
