Quality Policy

    Quality for our enterprise is the sum of all criteria by which our customers determine their content with us, our services and products. These could be technical indexes, price merit, innovation, verified security, standardization, deadlines keeping, constant production control, responsive and engaged associates, etc.

    For us quality means responsibility before the associates and surroundings even when this is not regarded as a “quality” index by our customers. Our sense of quality evolves from the conviction that both our customers and associates will make use of it. An enduring, confidential commitment of the associates to the plant is a prerequisite for Quality system becoming a part of the thought and actions of all associates.

    At our enterprise, all processes are consecutively orientated towards quality.   Therefore, we have implemented Quality System Management according to the standard ISO 9001:2000, including all its directions for the daily, directed to the quality work. Our grounds for this were:

  • impossibility for access and success on the market in the conditions of market economy without the presence of working Quality Management System

  • possibility for effective realization of the separate processes with a view to the adaptation to the requirement of markets and customers, optimization  of the expenses and quality improvement

  • creating of conditions for involvement and engagement of every associate for quality work, winning recognition and plant prosperity

    Every associate should be aware, that this system is not ossified and adaptation processes shall be always provoked whenever our market segment, new products or rising of effectiveness require change of the processes. For that purpose, all associates are invoked to fill this system with life and help on its improvement/perfection
